A magazine article printed page is about 1000 words with no images, including your author bio. We tend to look for stories that are one to three pages in length, max.

Each image, depending on how large it is presented, takes away 150-200 words.

Please submit Word Doc format only. Please do not use all caps, or embed images. We will make it look good, you don't have to.

Images suggested and provided must be yours to provide. Please label them inside the text near where you'd like the image to appear, along with the caption, for example: coolguitar.png - caption: This is my awesome Les Paul

Images must be 300 DPI or higher for print quality.

You are granting us the right to publish the article and reuse it in perpetuity, you retain individual ownership of the article and can publish it elsewhere with attribution as "Originally published in JAZZed Magazine" with or linked to URL. We collectively copyright the magazine, which doesn't preclude your ability to copyright the article and protect its use outside of use in artistpro, LLC publications' use. We reserve the right to not publish submissions immediately, or at all. You may request we not publish it if not published within six months of submission.
