Charleston Jazz Presents ‘Jazz on the Screen – Reimagined’

Share This:

To protect the safety of musicians, guests, and community members, Charleston Jazz has organized “Jazz on the Screen – Reimagined” to bring virtual performances from the Charleston Jazz Orchestra (CJO) into the homes of listeners.

Half of the CJO musicians and guest vocalist Robbie Madison will perform on Saturday, August 22 at 7:30pm ET, which will be broadcast through a private link for ticket holders. All current ticket holders will receive a private link and password to the performance on the morning of August 22.

“In an effort to keep our musicians safe but also playing, and to continue to bring new music to you, we will be continuing Season 12 by filming the CJO live, outdoors on the grounds of Firefly Distillery in North Charleston for the Jazz on the Screen performance, and premiering the recording virtually,” shares a note from Charleston Jazz.

The performance will be available to enjoy for all ticket holders for the rest of the year.

Tickets are on sale now at www.charlestonjazz.com.
