Singer Jazzmeia Horn’s critically-acclaimed second album, Love & Liberation, has won an NAACP Image Award in the category of Outstanding Jazz Album. Winners were announced during a live TV special on BET Networks on Saturday, February 22, 2020.

“We could not be prouder of Jazzmeia for receiving this well-deserved recognition,” says Concord Records president John Burk. “Talent like hers doesn’t come along very often. Not only does her career continue to show great promise, but her vocal skills are matched by her striking originality, depth of character and a keen sense of artistic purpose.”
