JEN Names Jesse Nolan Membership Manager

The Jazz Education Network (JEN) has appointed Jesse Nolan to the position of full-time membership manager, effective immediately. In this newly-created position, Nolan will be responsible for the management and administration of JEN’s membership base and all aspects of member relations, including JEN area units, chapters, and societies. Nolan will also conduct outreach to students, educators and directors at the elementary, middle, high school, and college levels.

Nolan received his BA in Music Education and MM in Jazz Studies & Percussion from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, and has taught jazz history, arranging, composition, music technology, digital recording, and applied jazz percussion at several respected institutions. He has also performed and toured the world with several notable artists and productions.

“As a musician, educator and proud JEN member, I am very excited to take on this new role as JEN Membership Manager,” says Nolan. “I look forward to increasing JEN’s membership base, as well as further expanding the membership experience and benefits for current members.”
