Stanford Jazz Festival Hosts Indian Jazz Journey Concert

The Stanford Jazz Festival will host a special concert called “Indian Jazz Journey” on June 25. The concert will feature Indian classical vocalist Mahesh Kale, as well as jazz saxophonist George Brooks, percussionist V. Selvaganesh, electric bassist Kai Eckhardt, and pianist Osam Ezzeldin. 2017 marks the festival’s 46th season.

The concert will take place at the Dinkelspiel Auditorium at the Bruan Music Center at 4p.m.

The festival is presented by See’s Candies, and this performance in particular is supported by the Indian Classical Music and Arts Foundation.
